• have to have the right aperture between f8/ f12 so you know when your recording your flashes.
• have a background that the colors will blend with, so you don’t have a color contrast.
• you need a flashgun so that you  see your subject moving
• you need a tripod so that your camera will be still and wont move.
• make sure that you signal or communicate with your subject.
• you need to have a subject so that you can have multiple pictures in one
• have simple lights but make sure you keep it light
• adjust the shutter to the time you need it
• manually calculate so that your not taking extra pictures
